LSDealerPortal provides customer relationship management tools, including the ability to synchronize your schedule with third-party calendar services such as Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Integration with Google Services
Our Service allows you to connect your Google account via OAuth.

Permission: By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant LSDealerPortal permission to access your calendar data as specified during the connection process.

Adherence to Policies: Our use of data accessed through Google APIs is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Revocation: You may revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings or within the LSDealerPortal dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Use the Service to distribute “spam” or other unsolicited communications.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-provided data) are the exclusive property of LSDealerPortal and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSDealerPortal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your inability to access third-party services (like Google Calendar) due to API outages or account restrictions.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
